Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the 2116 mobile application (the "App") operated by 2116 ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App provides tennis match tracking, tournament bracket viewing, personal predictions journaling, and related features. The App is designed for informational and entertainment purposes only. The predictions feature is for personal enjoyment and does not constitute or facilitate any form of gambling or betting.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure they understand and agree to them.
4. User Accounts and Data
The App generates a unique user identifier stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device loss, damage, or unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use the App's data or content for commercial purposes without our written consent
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the App
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of 2116 or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Third-Party Content and Services
The App may display match data, player information, and tournament details sourced from third-party providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of such content. The App may also contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.
8. Predictions Feature Disclaimer
The predictions feature is provided solely for personal entertainment. It does not involve real money, prizes, or any form of gambling. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of match results or predictions. You acknowledge that predictions are your own personal opinions and are not endorsed by us.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2116 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
11. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2116 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
